Start with what the room cannot do
Every venue has a limit it works around: a programme it turns down, a seat it apologises for, a rehearsal that never matches the night. These are the limits Amadeus removes, and what a venue gains when they go.
AMADEUS PROVIDES PERFECT ACOUSTICS FOR ANY LOCATION AND ANY EVENT
Whether inside a theater, open-air concert hall, full orchestra or one-man show, Amadeus provides the perfect acoustic setting that can be changed at any moment by the push of a button.
Opera house
The struggle: The pit swallows the orchestra, the singers cannot hear it, and the building is protected so nothing can be rebuilt.
What Amadeus does: Active acoustics rebalances pit and stage electronically and gives the singers a usable return, without touching a listed interior. A virtual orchestra shell where no shell can be built.
What you get: Stage-to-pit communication that works, and a hall that keeps its heritage status.
Immersive experience
The struggle: The visuals are spatial and the sound is not. Audio sits in a stereo pair while the picture moves around the room.
What Amadeus does: Object-based spatial audio that follows the visual cue. ART::IP takes position data and show control alongside the systems you already run, so sound and image move together
What you get: A single cue list where audio, video and lighting share the same timeline.
Theatre
The struggle: Dialogue dies in the back third of the house. Musicals need presence the room was never built for.
What Amadeus does: Tuned intelligibility across every seat, plus a longer acoustic on demand when the programme calls for music rather than speech.
What you get: Every word lands, in row two and row twenty-two, with no visible microphones on the performers.
Open-air
The struggle: There is no room. Every reflection the audience should hear has to be created from nothing
.What Amadeus does: A designed acoustic built for the site, deployed on mobile hardware and struck at the end of the run.
What you get: Festival and outdoor programming with the presence of an indoor hall.
Multi-purpose hall
The struggle: A conference on Monday and an orchestra on Saturday, in a room that can only be acoustically right for one of them.
What Amadeus does: Presets per programme, recalled by your own staff in seconds. The room changes character between events instead of compromising across them.
What you get: More bookable event types from the same building, and fewer refusals to promoters.
Rehearsal rooms
The struggle: The company rehearses in a dry box and meets the real acoustic of the hall on the day of the first performance.
What Amadeus does: Reproduce the acoustic of the performance venue inside a room a fraction of its size.
What you get: Fewer surprises in the general rehearsal, and less stage time spent adjusting.
Fits what you already run
It works with what you already have.
Amadeus ART integrates seamlessly with the AV infrastructure a venue already runs, and stays brand agnostic: it works with quality loudspeakers, microphones, amplifiers and mixing desks from every major manufacturer, and talks to the control and show systems already in the rack.
More than 70 loudspeaker brands are supported, so an existing rig stays an asset rather than becoming a cost to write off. See the full list on the Integrations page →
